drummer - singer - songwriter - composer

Music has been part of Marlhy’s life since she was a child. At the age of 5 she was drumming to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin. By the age of 7 she started forming her own bands and started playing gigs at local clubs and company events. At the age of 8, with an acting career as well, Marlhy started splitting the year in Texas and California. While she was in California she joined and started a few more bands and was touring and playing Lollapalooza and SXSW ages 10-12. She starred in the Amazon pilot “A History of Radness” that featured Henry Rollins, Dan Reynolds and many other musicians. At 12, Marlhy signed to Sony/SYCO with a band in development.  This gave her the opportunity to work with some amazing writers and producers daily over the course of a couple of years.

Now focused on her own project, Marlhy has taken the reigns in directing her career. She writes, records drums, and co-produces all of her solo tracks and is currently water falling tracks for her upcoming album “thoughts that keep me up at night”.  She also has a flair for the dramatic and creates fun music videos for her releases. Several of her songs have been heard in TV and film.

Marlhy has also worked with many EDM artists. Her vocals and lyrics have been heard on songs by Nghtmre, Knock2, yetep, Duke & Jones, Tsunami and many more.  “Cinema” her song with OddKidOut was the lead track for the game, Rocket League 7.

She has a master’s degree from Berklee and has began composing for film and visual media. Allowing her the chance to build dramatic and large compositions.

Drums are still Marlhy’s first love and she works part time as a teaching assistant at a music college and also drums for other artists.
